Introducing the Bakku Glass Vase Collection, a celebration of organic beauty inspired by Japanese aesthetics. The name ”Bakku,” meaning ”bag,” perfectly captures the essence of this unique vase, which features a shape reminiscent of a collapsing bag. Crafted to highlight the beauty of imperfections, each vase in the collection embraces fluidity and form, adding a touch of artistic elegance to any space. Each vase is meticulously formed from mouth-blown glass, where the glass is heated to 1500 degrees before being shaped inside a custom mould. Air is then blown into the glass to achieve the iconic Bakku form. Afterward, it’s taken out of the mould and placed inside an oven for tempering, with the top opening cut even and polished. Finally, the vase is spraypainted to achieve the signature Smoked Forest colour. Available in two sizes: the mini vase suits delicate floral arrangements on tables, while the larger vase showcases vibrant blooms or branches. Use it as a table centerpiece or a striking floor sculpture. The Bakku vases comes in a Smoked Forest colour, a transparent dark hue with a subtle hint of bronze, bringing depth and sophistication to your décor. If the packaging is damaged upon delivery, please note it on the courier’s document or file a written statement immediately in the courier’s presence. Custom-made or pre-ordered items cannot be canceled once production begins. For all other orders, please reach out promptly to info@norredesign.com.
For EU orders, prices include VAT — 19% for Germany and 21% for other EU countries.
For non-EU orders (including the UK and Switzerland), VAT is not charged at checkout. Local import duties, taxes, and customs fees may apply upon delivery and are the buyer’s responsibility. In some cases (e.g. Switzerland, private buyers), import duties may be billed to the sender and subsequently invoiced to the customer.
