Shipping Information

We ship throughout the European Union and Internationally. Orders are dispatched from Lithuania, Germany, or Italy, depending on product availability.


Delivery Costs

EU Shipping:
Free delivery across the European Union.

Note: VAT is not charged on International orders. However, you may be required to pay VAT, customs duties, or handling fees upon delivery. These charges are not included in the shipping cost and must be covered by the customer. We do not accept returns from Internationally.

International Orders (Outside EU):
Shipping is arranged by the customer via local pickup or freight service. We are happy to assist with coordination and provide necessary documentation.

Delivery Process

  • You will receive a dispatch confirmation once your order is shipped.
  • Please ensure your delivery details are accurate: address, phone number, and any special instructions.
  • If you’re unavailable at the time of delivery, redelivery will be arranged. Additional charges may apply.
  • If your package arrives damaged, please note this with the courier and inform us immediately.

Returns & Exchanges

Returning Products of Suitable Quality

You may return or exchange unused products within 14 days of delivery if:

  • The item is in its original packaging
  • It is unused and undamaged
  • Labels and protective materials are intact
  • All documentation is included
  • You present a proof of purchase
  • Orders with complimentary (free) delivery include the cost of outbound shipping covered by Norrė Design.

    In the event of a return, the original delivery cost will be deducted from the refund amount, even if free delivery was applied at checkout.

    The refund will be processed once the returned item has been received and inspected.

    Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

  • Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items , bought with coupons or gift cards.
  • Due to customs regulations, shipping complexity, and sustainability considerations, norré design store is unable to accept returns from countries outside the European Union.
    All orders delivered outside the EU are therefore considered final and non-returnable, unless otherwise required by applicable law.
  • By placing an order, the customer acknowledges and agrees to these return conditions.

Non-Returnable Items

Custom-made or personalized products, and certain product categories (such as bathroom furniture, lighting, books, textiles, and printed items, personalised sofas), are not eligible for return unless they are defective.

Defective or Incorrect Items

If you receive a faulty or incorrect item, please contact us at info@norredesign.com within 7 business days of delivery. We will arrange a replacement or refund at no additional cost.

Return Process

  1. Email us at info@norredesign.com to initiate your return.
  2. Once approved, send the item via courier.
  3. Refunds are processed within 14 working days of receiving the returned product.
