Massimo Copenhagen Earth Bamboo combines the softest, most lustrous surface with robustness and durability, making sure that the carpet works perfectly in almost any interior. massimo achieves this by blending soft bamboo fibre with New Zealand wool of the highest quality.
By mixing equal parts wool and bamboo fibres, we are able to create a finished rug with an exceptional level of sturdiness, protecting the rug against wear and tear and pressure marks, without sacrificing on the luxurious look and feel.

Daily Cleaning: Use a vacuum cleaner without a brush. Vacuum frequently when the carpet is new as it will shed fluff for a period. Always vacuum in the direction of the pile. Rotate the rug twice a year to avoid uneven wear. Place felt under the feet of heavy furniture to prevent damage. Be aware that colors may fade if exposed to strong sunlight for extended periods. Staining from the backside may occur, so use an underlay on delicate surfaces.

If the packaging is damaged upon delivery, please note it on the courier’s document or file a written statement immediately in the courier’s presence. This is essential for us to process any damage claims. To us please send the images and your order number. We Will take care About this matter, the product will be replaced.
Yes. All products are covered by a 2-year legal warranty under Lithuanian law (Article 6.364 of the Civil Code).

Custom-made or pre-ordered items cannot be canceled once production begins. For all other orders, please reach out promptly to info@norredesign.com.
For EU orders, prices include VAT — 19% for Germany and 21% for other EU countries.
For non-EU orders (including the UK and Switzerland), VAT is not charged at checkout. Local import duties, taxes, and customs fees may apply upon delivery and are the buyer’s responsibility. In some cases (e.g. Switzerland, private buyers), import duties may be billed to the sender and subsequently invoiced to the customer.
