1. Where is Norré Design located?
We operate out of three main locations:

3. Do you offer international shipping?
Yes, we ship throughout the EU and internationally. Shipping costs are calculated based on the total weight and delivery destination. Free Shipping is to all Europe Countries and United Kingdom. For the International shipping costs please contact us info@norredesign.com
4. Which couriers do you use for delivery?
We primarily ship with DPD, UPS, DHL, GLS, and FedEx, depending on the destination and product size.
5. What happens to my personal data?
We treat your data with care. It’s used to process orders, improve service, and if you opt in send updates. You can contact info@norredesign.com to access, update, or request deletion of your data.
6. What is your privacy and liability policy?
While we strive for a seamless online experience, Norré Design is not liable for technical interruptions or external website issues. Your data is stored securely and handled according to the Privacy Act and GDPR.
7. How long does delivery take?
Delivery times depend on stock status and whether the item is custom-made. You’ll find specific estimates on each product page. If your order includes items with different timelines, the longest delivery time applies, unless you place separate orders. To be sure you are always welcome to contact us info@norredesign.com
8. Can I return or exchange a product?
Yes, within 14 days for most items, as long as:
They are unused, undamaged, and in original packaging
All documentation is included
The item isn’t custom-made or listed as non-returnable
Contact us beforehand at info@norredesign.com to initiate a return.
9. What if my product arrives damaged?
If the packaging is damaged upon delivery, please note it on the courier’s document or file a written statement immediately in the courier’s presence. This is essential for us to process any damage claims. To us please send the images and your order number. We Will take care About this matter, the product will be replaced.
10. Is there a warranty on your products?
Yes. All products are covered by a 2-year legal warranty under Lithuanian law (Article 6.364 of the Civil Code).
Some products has longer warranty period – 5 years.
11. Can I request a custom quote or special offer for my project?
Yes, absolutely! We specialize in tailored solutions and are happy to prepare individual quotes based on:
Product quantity
Scope of your project
Custom specifications
Items not listed in our online shop

12. Can I cancel or change an order?
Custom-made or pre-ordered items cannot be canceled once production begins. For all other orders, please reach out promptly to info@norredesign.com.
