MATERIALS / DIMENSIONS
Material: Tempered glass; a type of safety glass processed by controlled thermal or chemical treatments to increase its strength compared with normal glass. Parts are connected through UV-bonding.

CARE AND MAINTENANCE
Use a mixture of water and mild dish soap. Avoid abrasive cleaners, ammonia, or bleach, as they can damage the surface. Rinse with clean water to remove any soap residue and dry immediately with a clean, dry cloth to prevent water spots.
Clean the glass with a soft, lint-free cloth, sponge, or microfiber cloth to avoid scratches. Use coasters, placemats, or trivets under items placed on the glass to prevent scratches and damage.
Clean the tempered glass regularly to prevent the buildup of dirt and grime.
Keep chemicals like acetone or acidic cleaners away from tempered glass, as they can weaken the surface.
Tempered glass is designed to withstand temperature changes, but extreme, rapid changes can cause stress fractures. Avoid placing hot items directly on the glass without a buffer.
Avoid placing heavy or sharp objects directly on the glass. Handle with care to prevent accidental impacts.

If the packaging is damaged upon delivery, please note it on the courier’s document or file a written statement immediately in the courier’s presence. This is essential for us to process any damage claims. To us please send the images and your order number. We Will take care About this matter, the product will be replaced.
Yes. All products are covered by a 2-year legal warranty under Lithuanian law (Article 6.364 of the Civil Code).

Custom-made or pre-ordered items cannot be canceled once production begins. For all other orders, please reach out promptly to info@norredesign.com.
For EU orders, prices include VAT — 19% for Germany and 21% for other EU countries.
For non-EU orders (including the UK and Switzerland), VAT is not charged at checkout. Local import duties, taxes, and customs fees may apply upon delivery and are the buyer’s responsibility. In some cases (e.g. Switzerland, private buyers), import duties may be billed to the sender and subsequently invoiced to the customer.
Orders are dispatched from Lithuania, Germany, or Italy.
