Orders & Contract

All orders are confirmed via email after payment is received. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order due to errors or product unavailability.

Orders may also include products not listed in the online shop; we welcome inquiries for custom or project-based orders.

Pricing & Tax

All prices are listed in Euros (€).

As VAT payers in Lithuania (LT100005261015) and Germany (DE337152890):

• For orders shipped within the EU, prices shown include VAT.
• For customers in Germany, prices include 19% VAT.
• For all other EU countries, prices include 21% VAT.

For non-EU countries, VAT is not applied at checkout. Any customs duties, import taxes, or local VAT are the responsibility of the buyer.

For shipments to private customers in Switzerland, import duties and VAT may be charged to the sender and subsequently invoiced to the customer.

Shipping

Products are shipped from Lithuania, Germany, or Italy, depending on availability and logistics. Delivery timeframes vary by product type, stock status, and destination region.

We offer free delivery for all orders within Europe and the United Kingdom.

Shipping Outside the European Union

For destinations outside the EU, shipping costs are calculated individually based on weight and destination.

Important Notes:

• The final shipping rate will be confirmed after order placement, based on the total volume and delivery address.
• Customs duties, import taxes, and local VAT (if applicable) are not included in the shipping price and remain the responsibility of the buyer.
• For shipments to private customers in Switzerland and other non-EU countries, local customs authorities may require the sender to pay import charges first. In such cases, these costs will be invoiced to the buyer after delivery.
• For large projects or bulk orders, please contact info@norredesign.com for a custom shipping quote.

Delivery Terms

The buyer is responsible for providing accurate delivery details. Couriers may contact you to schedule delivery.

If a package appears damaged upon arrival, please document this with the courier at the time of delivery. Re-delivery charges may apply if delivery fails due to an inaccurate address or the recipient’s absence.

Returns & Exchanges

Return of Non-Custom Products

Returns are accepted within 14 calendar days if:

• The product is unused and in its original packaging
• All accessories and documentation are included
• The customer covers return shipping costs
• We do not accept returns from outside of Europe

Non-Returnable Items

We cannot accept returns for:

• Custom-made or special-order products
• Opened hygiene-sensitive goods
• Products listed under EU Retail Rules §17 (e.g., furniture, textiles)
• We cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Defective Products

We cover all costs for defective product returns reported within 7 days of receipt. Please contact info@norredesign.com with order details and photos.

Warranty

All goods are covered by a 2-year warranty, in accordance with EU law. The warranty covers manufacturing defects but not misuse, neglect, or normal wear and tear.

Intellectual Property

All content on this website — including product descriptions, photography, and design elements — is the property of Norré Design and may not be copied or reused without written permission.

Privacy & Data Protection

Your personal data is handled in accordance with EU data protection laws and the Privacy Act 1988. Please refer to our Privacy Policy for details regarding data usage, cookies, and communication preferences.

Limitation of Liability

Norré Design shall not be held liable for:

• Delays or failures caused by third parties or force majeure
• Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
• Any losses resulting from use of this website or external links

Jurisdiction

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of New South Wales (for international purposes) and Lithuania (for EU trade). Any disputes shall be settled in the courts of New South Wales or Lithuania, depending on the nature of the contract.
